The Research Affiliates Program

Helping members get straight to the answer!

Since 1993 the Research Affiliates Program has been facilitating pharmaceutical, biomedical and biotech industry access to The Jackson Laboratory's unique and comprehensive scientific information and research expertise. The program assists members with emerging models, research strategies and training methods to streamline the process of testing drug efficacy, validation of targets and acceleration of disease therapy development. Members rely heavily on the program to navigate the extensive amount of scientific information continually released, to help save time by getting straight to the answers and implement new technologies and techniques to progress their research initiatives.

The Research Affiliates Program provides members with facilitated access to comprehensive scientific information and research expertise uniquely available from The Jackson Laboratory. The program provides access to tools and information to explore emerging models, methods and research strategies by offering the following:

    • We'll help you with questions ranging from model selection and study design to complex problem solving related to genetics, breeding, genotyping, or phenotype
  • Consulting time with Jackson Laboratory Researcher and Resource scientists
  • Facilitated access to genomic and genetic information
  • Customized on-site training seminar
  • Exclusive easy access web link to various research resources provided by The Jackson Laboratory
  • Eligible to enjoy a number of complimentary registrations and reduced rates for The Jackson Laboratory's courses and conferences

Scientific courses & conferences

Members are eligible to enjoy a number of complimentary registrations for scientific courses and conferences. All applicants must be accepted by the course/conference organizing committees.
