Shipping container recycling - label request form

Shipping containers from The Jackson Laboratory can be sent at no charge from origins within the United States and Canada to a third party facility for recycling. Containers and lids must be nested and strapped in lots of six, with an authorized return label attached to each lot. Please use the form below to request these labels:
