Product details
- Cryopreserved 2.5 dpc (days post coitum) morulae from strains C57BL/6J (B6, 000664) and B6(Cg)-Tyrc-2J/J (B6 albino, 000058)
- 50 morulae per straw
- Shipped to you in a dry shipper
- Should be stored in liquid nitrogen until needed
- Should be thawed 21-24 hours before used and cultured in KSOM under 5% CO2 (see embryo thaw and culture protocol).

Validation data
Validation testing was done by The Jackson Laboratory's Microinjection group and three independent research labs. The validation testing was done using C57BL/6J and B6(Cg)-Tyrc-2J/J morulae. Data are summarized in the table below.
