Last year, we announced that, in a joint effort, our Reproductive Sciences and Technology, Evaluation, and Development groups had developed a fast, low-cost, and high-throughput technique for cryopreserving and recovering sperm from genetically engineered mice (JAX® NOTES 2006).
JAX® In Vivo Xenograft Services
JAX® In Vivo Services performs a variety of flexible and customizable services using mouse models. One of these, the Xenograft Service, assesses the efficacy of anti-cancer drugs on the rate of staged, subcutaneous engrafted tumor growth in mouse models.
