Expanded delivery service from The Jackson Laboratory—West
The Jackson Laboratory is pleased to announce we have expanded our dedicated ground delivery service from our West Coast facility to our California and Northern West Coast customers. The following delivery options are available from The Jackson Laboratory—West:
California
- San Francisco area- Tuesday, Wednesday, & Thursday deliveries
- Los Angeles area- Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday deliveries
- San Diego area- Tuesday, Wednesday, & Friday deliveries
Northern West Coast
- Oregon area- Tuesday AM deliveries
- Washington area- Wednesday AM deliveries
- British Columbia area- Wednesday PM deliveries
We also offer a special combined air / dedicated ground delivery to all other areas of the US and Canada where we currently offer dedicated ground delivery out of Bar Harbor.
All orders must be placed by 3:00 p.m. Pacific Time the business day prior to shipment.
To take advantage of this service, simply ask when ordering if your mice can be obtained from The Jackson Laboratory—West. Conveniently located in Northern California, this facility offers the lowest transportation costs and shortest transit time.
Ground transportation
We encourage JAX® Mice customers to take advantage of The Jackson Laboratory's dedicated ground transportation service whenever possible. Our ground transportation enables safe and consistent delivery by maintaining JAX® Mice in a low stress, clean, comfortable, and controlled environment from our facility to yours.
