This mouse strain (including any and all progeny, "MICE") is distributed by The Jackson Laboratory with the following terms and conditions.

 

Non-profit institutions, universities and hospitals do not need to obtain a license from Artemis to purchase STRAINS. The Jackson Laboratory has been advised by Artemis that these STRAINS can be made available to nonprofit institutions but only for non-commercial research.

These STRAINS are described by U.S. Patent 6040430 granted to the European Molecular Biology Laboratory, and licensed exclusively to Artemis Pharmaceuticals.

Use of US Patent 6040430 requires a license.
