As a service to the scientific community the Jackson Laboratory provides MICE to recipient solely for research purposes. Recipient may not resell or transfer the mice to any third parties outside the recipient's Institution nor may recipient breed the mice for sale to third parties.

THE JACKSON LABORATORY AND CBR EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RECIPIENT SHALL USE THE MICE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND CAN BE HELD LIABLE FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS AND PATENT INFRINGEMENT.
