As a service to the biomedical research community, The Jackson Laboratory ("JACKSON") provides MICE to Recipient solely for research purposes. Recipient agrees that the MICE and their descendants, if any, will not be bred for sale nor distributed to any third parties outside the recipient’s institution, and will be used solely for research purposes. The original source of the MICE is the INSTITUTION. The MICE were created in a Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI) laboratory at INSTITUTION.

THESE MICE ARE EXPERIMENTAL IN NATURE AND JACKSON MAKES NO REPRESENTATION AND EXTENDS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT, TRADEMARK, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
