As a service to the biomedical research community, The Jackson Laboratory (JACKSON) provides MICE to Recipient solely for research purposes. Recipient agrees that the MICE and their descendants including modifications and derivatives, if any, will not be bred for sale nor distributed to any third parties outside the Recipient's institution, and will be used solely for research purposes. The original source of the MICE is the INSTITUTION. MICE were first published by Luo, Jun-Li et al. Oncogene 01 (20) 320 which should be referenced in all relevant publications.

MICE ARE EXPERIMENTAL IN NATURE JACKSON AND INSTITUTION MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND EXTEND NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.

In no event shall JACKSON or INSTITUTION be liable for any use of the MICE, and recipient hereby agrees to defend, indemnify and hold JACKSON and INSTITUTION harmless from any loss, claim, damage, or liability which may arise from Recipient's use, storage and disposal of the MICE.
