As a service to the biomedical research community, The Jackson Laboratory (JACKSON) provides these MICE to Recipient solely for research purposes. Recipient agrees that the MICE and their descendants, if any, will not be bred for sale nor distributed to any third parties outside the Recipient's institution, and will be used solely for research purposes. The source of the MICE is Rinat Neuroscience (INSTITUTION).

THESE MICE ARE EXPERIMENTAL IN NATURE AND JACKSON AND INSTITUTION MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS AND EXTENDS NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT, TRADEMARK, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
