As a service to the scientific community, The Jackson Laboratory provides STRAINS to recipient solely for non-commercial research purposes. Recipient may not resell or transfer the mice to any third parties outside the Recipients institution nor may recipient breed the mice for sale to third parties.

THESE STRAINS ARE BEING SHIPPED TO THE RECIPIENT WITH NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, THE JACKSON LABORATORY AND NORTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RECIPIENT SHALL USE THE MICE IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS. ACCEPTANCE OF THE STRAINS SHALL BE DEEMED AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS.
