Use of MICE by companies or for-profit entities requires a license from Wake Forest University Health Sciences ("INSTITUTION") prior to shipping.

As a service to the biomedical research community, The Jackson Laboratory ("JACKSON") provides these mice to Recipient solely for research purposes. Recipient agrees that the MICE and their descendants, if any, will not be bred for sale nor distributed to any third parties outside the recipient's institution, and will be used solely for research purposes.  The original source of the MICE is the INSTITUTION.

THESE MICE ARE EXPERIMENTAL IN NATURE AND NEITHER JACKSON NOR THE INSTITUTION MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION NOR EXTENDS ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR ANY WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT OF ANY PATENT, TRADEMARK, OR OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS.
