Important note: Please check with your organization's Purchasing Department prior to setting up a new account. Your organization may already be a customer of The Jackson Laboratory.
If you are a new customer, please choose the appropriate option below and set up an account prior to placing an order. The credit application is also required unless you are a non-U.S. customer using an authorized distributor. If you have any questions, please send an inquiry to orderquest@jax.org. You may also request a new account form by fax.
For organizations purchasing live mice:
