Four New JAX® mES Cell Lines Available

Save time and resources. Use mouse embryonic stem cells from JAX. JAX® mES lines are now available from seven strains: C57BL/6J (000664), BALB/cJ (000651), B6(Cg)-Tyrc-2J/J (000058), and four new lines - FVB/ NJ (001800), BALB/cByJ (001026), C3H/HeJ (000659), BTBR T+ tf/J (002282) (germ line competency for the four new lines is currently being evaluated).

These superior, pluripotent, and non-transformed mES cell lines are derived from gold standard genetically well-defined JAX® Mice. Each vial contains three million cells, ideal for constructing targeted mutants (including knockouts and knockins), generating populations of specific differentiated cell types, and conducting pharmacogenetic studies.
