JAX® In Vivo Services are performed in our West Sacramento, California facility (The Jackson Laboratory—West). Our state-of-the-art 42,000 sq. ft facility has:
- AAALAC accreditation, OLAW assurance
- Isolator technology for investigator-supplied and specialty strains
- Full barrier for on-site production of JAX® Mice
- Cage capacity for approximately 3,500 mice while on study
- Dedicated necropsy and procedure rooms
