Stock No. 003272 (STOCK Tg(tTALap)5Bjd/J) was made by Dr. Hermann Bujard on a mixed FVB/N and NMRI-outbred background. This strain was distributed from The Jackson Laboratory Repository from January 2000-February 2001 and is no longer available through this resource. While available as a live colony, The Jackson Laboratory bred these LAP-tTA mice to C57BL/6J to generate a congenic strain (see Stock No. 003563) that is available through this resource.
