Type Congenic; Mutant Strain; Targeted Mutation; Additional information on Genetically Engineered Mutant Mice. Species laboratory mouse Description
This targeted mutant was created and characterized by Deltagen, Inc. View phenotypic data developed by Deltagen.Development
The construct insert is reported to be "Neo555G." Upon arrival, these mice had been backcrossed four generations to C57BL/6. During the importation process at The Jackson Laboratory, at least one additional backcross to C57BL/6J mice was performed. The resulting mice are backcrossed a total of at least five generations.
