Approximately 30 mice were obtained at weaning (birthdate +/- 1 day), individually identified, and weighed the same day each week until 16 weeks of age. The mice were fed a diet containing 6% fat (LabDiet® 5K52/5K67) from weaning at 3 weeks of age until 16 weeks of age.
